Pulwama sits at the heart of the Kashmir Valley — a district known across the subcontinent for its orchards, saffron fields, and walnut groves.
Lidder Enterprises was incorporated here in 2012 by Mr. Adil Qadri, with a straightforward intention: to manufacture and supply the finest quality Kashmiri food products — made with the same care the valley has always applied to its produce, and packed to the standard the world deserves.
From Kashmiri Saffron Kahwa and Masala Kahwa to cold-pressed walnut and apricot oils, from raw Kashmir honey to saffron rose water — each product draws directly from the fields, orchards, and groves of Pulwama and the surrounding districts.
