At Lidder, we prioritize quick and efficient processing of your orders.
Typically, orders are processed within 24–36 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. This processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive another notification confirming that your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer two shipping zones:
Indian Shipping Zone
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight and size.
- Estimated delivery time within India: 3–7 business days
Global Shipping Zone
- International shipping rates are updated during checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
- Orders are shipped through international shipping partners.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please provide a complete physical address while placing your order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide.
However, shipping may not be available in some countries because of:

- Trade restrictions
Shipping availability can be checked during checkout.
Import duties and taxes are included in prices , so customers should not incur additional delivery charges.

Lidder also provides updates alongside shipping companies to ensure delivery transparency.
Shipping Address Errors
If there is an error in your shipping address:
- Contact customer support immediately.
- Address corrections can only be made before dispatch.
- Once handed over to the shipping company, address changes cannot be made.
Customers are advised to verify shipping information carefully before placing orders.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an order is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact support promptly.
- Lidder will coordinate with the shipping company.
- Customers may receive compensation or replacement items where applicable.
