1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Customers have up to 24 hours from the time of placing their order to cancel it.

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@lidder.in as soon as possible.

Once the 24-hour window has passed, we may not be able to process your cancellation request as the order may already be in processing or shipping.


2. Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged product, we offer replacements and handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Our return policy includes the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Only items that are damaged upon receipt are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Process: Contact us at info@lidder.in with details of the damage and include a video recording of you opening the package. We will evaluate the case and provide instructions for the return.
  • Return Shipping to Us: All approved return requests must be shipped by you, the customer, to our designated return address (Tromboo Crafts Company Pvt. Ltd. Nakki Lake Rd, Sani Gaon, Mount Abu, Rajasthan 307501). Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping returned items back to us for inspection and verification. Once received, we will inspect and verify the returned item before processing any replacement or refund decision.
  • Final Decision: Lidder Enterprises reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is issued.

3. Refunds

We aim to process refunds efficiently and transparently.

If a product is damaged, we offer replacements or refunds, depending on the specific case.

The process includes:

  • Evaluation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
